This lithium ion rechargeable battery pack is made specifically for the Mitsubishi PK10 Pocket Projector. It connects to the projector bottom and provides independent power for up to two-and-a-half hours per charge. The battery pack is charged by pass-through power from the projector's AC adapter. When the projector is off, the charger works in a fast-charging mode. It takes approximately five hours to complete charging. When the projector is on, the charger works in a slow-charging mode. Indispensable accessory to the PK10.......2007-06-01

This battery has enabled me to use the PK10 in unusual ways (see my PK10 review for details) while not having to hunt for an AC socket or haul the AC adapter around, and makes the PK10 a truly "go-anywhere" projector.

It would be nice if the battery could last longer than 2 hrs, but I guess that would make it the same thickness as the projector, which is not so nice...
