Arrived quickly, which was very important due to needing it for Christmas. The product fixed my camera's problem.
Tape defective, got stuck and hard time to remove it!.......2006-11-26
Poor quality - tape was defective and did not rotate. As soon as I put it into the camcorder, it spun for about a second and then the dreaded C32:00 code appeared!
The tape does not turn properly even when manually wound - seems like a defective product.
I would stick with Sony V825LCD Camcorder Cleaning Cassette 8mm.
Amazon return was great - they accepted the return quickly and promptly refunded item.
