I like the battery - I just wish the extra charger came with it for free. Obviously, you already have one battery and this is a spare so it only makes sense to get the charger, which is almost as much as the battery. After buying my hv10, i had to buy a firewire cable, a pci firewire card, the hd dv tapes, this battery, the charger, and an external usb hdd for extra storage. No big deal (well it was like $200 for everything), but I'm just saying that the stuff from Canon for their existing customers doesnt need to be marked up so much. If you're richie rich, consider this a 5 star review.
