SHORT CORD.......2007-11-17

Garmin's products are of the best quality, but I am a little displeased that my travel cord needed replacement so soon. It would not work properly after three years of use. It was not a warranty item so I purchased it through Amazon. The price was very fair, but when I began using the product I noticed that the cord was shorter than the original causing complications in some vehicles. They should go back to the longer cord or at least give you an option.

I want to say Amazon it at the top of their game. The Postal service put my package in a community parcel box and misplaced the key. It took them nearly a month to get access to my box. Meanwhile, I had contacted Amazon and they promply shipped a replacement at no cost to me. I received the replacement in four days. Once I got the first box, I was given clear instructions how to ship it back. Their procedure was effortless. I will continue to use your services.

Original Garmin item, just what I wanted!.......2007-10-20

This is a Garmin Original replacement DC Power Adapter for StreetPilot 2610. Came in original package. just what I needed to replace my broken adapter.

The new one works fine, and was about 20% cheaper than buying it directly through Garmin.

It still is a bit disappointing that Garmin didn't step up to the plate and replace these for nothing. When I was searching for my replacement, I found quite a few people also had to replace the adaptor.

Indispensible product but............2007-10-06

The Garmin 2610 just won't work without this product but the plastic threads for the fuse holder should be beefed up by Garmin. I had to buy this replacement because the threads on my original unit became stripped after moving the 12v adapter from vehicle to vehicle over the past 4 years. Otherwise the product works great.

A broken adapter.......2007-10-03

I received Garmin adapter, but it was not finished in manufacturing. It does not have the adapter to my garmin. No QA/QC at all.
