With a built-in flash, the Kodak FunSaver 35mm one-time-use camera takes pictures indoors or outdoors, day or night. Kodak MAX film is built right into the camera, so the FunSaver requires no loading. You'll never accidentally expose your roll--just leave the whole camera at the photo lab. Also, for the environmentally conscious, Kodak and photo processing labs have initiated efforts to recycle the FunSaver camera. The recycling rate for these cameras is now more than 70 percent in the United States and about 60 percent worldwide.

A fantastic OUTDOOR camera........2006-08-30
I work at a professional photofinishing lab, and I can attest to the quality of the film inside this camera. The Kodak FunSaver produces excellent results in outdoor and bright indoor shots. However, it does not perform well under normal circumstances indoors and in low-light situations.
The flash on the FunSaver is designed for outdoor use. Even if you are shooting outdoors with this camera, make sure you use the flash. In general, using a flash outdoors provides extra versatility when shooting subjects against bright backgrounds, and in all but the brightest sunlight, the flash will not wash out your subjects.
For indoor or low-light shooting, consider the Kodak PowerFlash camera.
Cheap and Nasty!.......2004-06-16
I recently used the Kodak Funsaver camera at a Birthday. The majority of the Photo's were taken inside using the flash. The Flash must be pressed before each shot is taken otherwise the Flash won't go off (As I quickly discovered). The results were a little dissapointing, very unclear, very grainy. These camera's are cheap in price and I'm guessing aimed at the younger market for things such as School excursions and Camping trips. If you are attending a Birthday and want above average photographs then I suggest spending the little extra and getting one of the more advanced Kodak disposable cameras.
Cheap, Inexpensive way of taking Color Pics!.......2004-01-03
Low in Price, these Camera's are a great way of taking Color Shots. However, being lower in Price than the Max HQ and the Advantix Single Use Camera's you sometimes tend to get Pics that aren't as clear. A Great idea for a Child's School Camp or Excursion.
Eay to use.......2000-10-30
I love these cameras. They are so easy to use, and a lot easier to deal with when it comes time to get the film developed. No fuss with having to wind the film and no worry on your part of exposing the film to light.
Product Description
Kodak used a lot of what it has believed to be world-class manufacturing and product development techniques - like computer-aided design, like design for assembly, like an empowered work force, like just-in-time statistical process control to create a perfect disposable camera. The Kodak FunSaver is very simple, easy-to-use camera that takes daylight pictures that are as good as those from a regular point-and-shoot, automatic-focus 35-mm camera. The FunSaver's image quality far exceeds customer expectations. This One-Time use camera is lightweight, compact and focus free. It features a countdown film counter and manual film advance. Other features of this panoramic camera include a wide-angle view for dramatic results, 27 exposures with Kodak Max 400 (or 800) Film.

NOT WHAT WAS DESCRIBED.......2007-07-21
The description of this camera states that it is panoramic. It is not, so needless to say I was quite disappointed.

Not Bad For The Money.......2005-11-15
Sure, the types of photos you can take with this camera are limited, but I'm guessing that if you buy one of these little cameras you aren't doing photo work for National Geographic or Life magazine.
Instead, this camera is perfect for those quick little getaways to the beach or on a trip down the road. If you're serious about your photos, then you might want to buy something that doesn't have "Single Use" printed on it. But in the case of this camera, it is perfect for a weekend or just a few silly shots of your friends.
Very easy to handle and stow away, this camera comes in handy for folks wanting quick pictures of damaged property. I'm talking about everything from a fender bender to house damage for insurance purposes.
This camera can be picked up in just about any store and they are very easy to use. The pictures may not be, ahem, picture perfect, but at least you'll have captured an inkling of what you did on that daytrip across the stateline or with the kiddies at the local zoo.
In short, get a few of these cameras and keep them laying around. You never know when that perfect photo moment will pop up, and with one of these guys in reach, you'll never miss that moment again.
