I've had no problems with the memory stick. I bought it for a Sony Cybershot. At the 3 mega pixel setting the memory stick holds well over 500 photos.

The new, enhanced, line benefits from the same extended durability as the high-speed version, with a wider operating temperature range of between -25°C and 85°C (compared to the previous range of 0°C to 60°C). The new 1GB Memory Stick PRO Duo offers affordable memory for high-capacity memory users. It works with an array of different applications including Sony MP3 audio recorders, PSP (PlayStation Portable), video cameras and computers with a Memory Stick slot. It is equipped with MagicGate, a copyright protection software that consists of authentication and encryption technologies.
