We bought 6 of these for our medical office patient rooms. It does the job and looks nice. My complaint is that there are no instructions for hanging it. It looks like you should beable to screw the screws into the wall and then put the holder on over the screws (has a key hole opening) and slide it into place-but the holes were to small to slide over the screw heads. It was workable though and considering the cost of the other holders I was looking at I'd probably get the same ones again.
