I have never had any bad experiences with Amazon except fot this one.Though it was more of error from the seller,Home & Living.They shipped me a computer desk instead of TV stand(pretty bad mistake,if person had only looked at invoice).Customer service was responsive & told me to keep computer desk because of mistake,plus they would have to pay for shipping.So I donated desk to charity & waited another week for stand,which definitly did not match picture.I had ordered a rosewood stain product & received a dark walnut stain.I did not want to deal with them again so I kept the stand,its a good quality product & fits my need,but I was hoping for what I had ordered.So beware when you buy wood stained products from this seller.
