Product Description
If the Swiss Army needed a case for their 2g iPod Shuffles, the Bevy would be it. About the size of the iPod Shuffle it protects, the Bevy has some additional features that can come in handy at a BBQ, tailgate party, or anywhere you happen to be while enjoying a cold one. Built into the Bevy you'll find a keychain, a bottle opener, and an area to wrap your earbuds. It's even colored to match your Shuffle.
Amazon.com Product Description
The Bevy includes an integrated church key (bottle opener). The green version is pictured.

Gear up for your next tailgate party with the Bevy, a protective iPod shuffle 2G case that combines an earbud wrap, a keychain, and a church key (bottle opener) all in one. The case is made of crystal-clear polycarbonate, which protects your shuffle from bumping and grinding while on the move. The precision-engineered grooves around the edges, meanwhile, spool your earbud wires nice and tight, so they won't get caught in the door or trail behind you when you leave. The coolest feature, however, is the integrated bottle opener, which makes it easy to crack a cold one whether in the backyard or at a party. Designed exclusively for the iPod shuffle 2G, the pink case also comes in blue, orange, green, and silver.

Customer Reviews:
Great product, only 1 flaw..........2007-11-08
I bought this unique little item because I was always finding myself without my Ipod whenever I needed it. It is a great and sturdy item, not too big to actually put on my key chain, and the bottle opener was a nice addition. It even looks sleek and stylish, and is a great conversation piece as well.
The only flaw I found is not so much a flaw, but a comment, or suggestion. I now always have my Ipod on me, but I am always forgetting my earbuds. Sure it shows a place to wind your earbuds around the item, but they do not travel well like this, and their bulky on the unit, and they are always coming loose or falling off. Plus aftermarket earbuds don't fit well at all. Overall I think this is a great item, and a great accessory to my Ipod Shuffle.
Good customer service, bad picture........2007-10-19
Color of the Bevvy does not match my green Shuffle. Takes away from overall look of the device. Customer service offered to send another color but what's the point of that?
Cool Access.......2007-08-31
This is a fun item to own. It allows me to carry some essentials in one place. I don't always carry my ipod in the holder. It works great as a regular keychain, too. I use the container it came in as a bank to gather my spare change (it's designed to be used as a bank.)
Very cute........2007-08-21
Really cute. I actually got to use the bottle opener part on the first day I got it. It's a little bulky and fumbly when wrapping the headphones around the wraping part while as your key chain. I just leave the headphones in my purse and keep the shuffle on my key ring. Love it, overall!
It is okay...........2007-07-23
I got this for my husband because everytime he pulled out his ipod from his gym bag the wires were tangled up. This product winds the buds up fine but doesn't have a way to keep them from unwinding... sure use the clip that is already on the ipod. We could do that with or without this case.

Customer Reviews:
great cd radio player.......2007-12-17
I've only had this player for a week now, so forgive me if I have yet to detect any problems.
First of all, unlike other folks out there, I've not experience any cd skipping while driving or parked. I've also been able to get my U3 memory stick to play music with it. Interestingly enough I plugged my Ipod nano into it(was curious) and was able to play BBC podcast 'Digital Planet' and some other tech shows on it. I was pleasantly surprised about that one. I did not check deep into navigating the Ipod via the radio to see how easy that was.
As for the other 'features' I haven't really messed with them much either, because I was just looking for a basic radio cd player but the usb feature caught my attention. Figured I could hold more music on a 2gig stick than carrying aroung multiple cds in the car or having to bother buying any cd changer.
So I'm happy with it and I hope this review was helpful to somebody......or yeah make sure your stick is in a FAT32 format. Both usb memory sticks I tried were configured that way.
a little overpriced for its features and quality.......2007-01-27
Got this unit because this was the one of the few with an USB port. I figured with the convenience of USB flash memory it might just be the best way to store, transport and play music than any other digital media out there. The USB port works as specified provided it is formatted as FAT and not as NTFS. However the type of formatting is not specified in the manual.
Secondly, the AM/FM tuner does not resolve frequencies toward the start of the FM frequency band(~87-90MHz) in both Local/DX modes.
Pros:
USB port(for USB flash drives formatted as FAT).
Has dual channel line in/line out and S-audio ports though it is seldom used.
Easy install.
Cons:
Mediocre sound quality.
Dim display hardly visible in daylight.
This product needs some work.......2007-01-16
This product looks good and has basic features. It is a good deck for people who do not require a lot. The usb port does not work it will not read the mp3 file. The main reason I bought this product was for its usb port.I think I made a bad buy.
Mixed Feelings.......2006-03-23
I recently purchased this car stereo and have been 99.99% happy with the product. The fact that it accepts USB flash memory is fantastic, and a great way to keep your music selection in the car fresh, without having to burn a new cd every time you want new music. The only thing is the USB stick format - it must be FAT32 to get the full capacity of the stick (I use a 1gb Sandisk stick), and to work in the stereo. The only .01% that makes me not 100% appreciate the stereo is the random function - it tends to repeat the same songs in the same sequence every time you turn it on to the USB setting. It's almost better just to play them straight in order and only put one song from each group on the stick instead of dealing with the poor randomizer. I did the install myself which wasn't too difficult, and it works great!
[EDIT]
about four months after installing the unit, the USB reader stopped working - I have contacted Pyle three times for an RMA, but haven't gotten an answer. How Frustrating!
Wish I kept the receipt!.......2006-02-17
Replaced an old Blaupunkt cassette unit with this one mainly because of the USB function. On paper this unit sounds outstanding - MP3 with ID3 tag display, USB input, 200 watts, etc... Unfortunately I have not had much luck in getting the usb port to read any mp3 files from any flash media (have tried 5 different brands now). Of note is that it does recognize the usb media being connected but is unable to recognize the MP3 files on it. Also, the CD mechanism is by far and away the worst I have ever seen - It will skip just sitting in the driveway, not even driving! Completely unsat for a car audio system. Next time I am going to stick with a major brand and spend the extra money.
The only good thing to say is that is seems to have good sound quality so if you listen to the radio all the time this unit would be alright.

I received this product and returned it the next day. Don't be fooled by the pretty picture. The actual product looks like something put together as a science project. Save yourself the trouble.
