I bought this for my sister along with a new iPod and she told me after using it for one day that it only played out of one side of the speakers in her car and she is only using the charger part of the product. I told her I would send it back and exchange it but she didn't want to bother since the old she's had for years works better. The transaction was great but I guess the product sucks.
