The sound that comes out of these small speakers cannot be beat. Well at least not for the price! I opted for this instead of a boise audio system, and am very happy with my purchase. They are even with me now at work playing music, and movies, and the sound quality is excellent. i strongly recommend purchase of these to anyone i know. simply because if you want better you will have to spend at least 2x the price to achieve it in this small of a package.
Great Small Speaker with Large, Clear Sound - Very Compact.......2007-07-16
A coworker had one of these Lansing speaker sets and lent it to me for an office party. I was surprised how great it worked with my portable radio in a noisy crowd in a large space. I have bought 2, one for home and one for traveling. It was great for family gatherings where we could hook up our mp3 players and share our playlists. The set fold compactly into its own small cloth bag. It is light, easy to use and offers the versatility of using the retractable cable in the back or the other cable. This is perfect for a small apartment. It fits anywhere. Form and fuction on a budget.

I had a hard time believing that such tiny speakers could deliver bass, but deliver they do. I can't wait to take them on my next trip. Also, the a/c adapter comes equipped with an assortment of plugs, so I'll be taking them to Amsterdam next year.

BIG SOUND IN A SMALL PACKAGE!!!.......2006-12-31
These speakers are great. The photo can be deceiving. They were smaller than i expected. The unit is very sleek and thin when the speakers are folded down. You can easily take these anywhere, but don't let the size fool you, these things pack a punch! I was very pleasantly surprised. It even has two inputs so you can connect 2 players at once (it only comes with one cable so you will need an extra for that function).
