I am using this receiver with my T-mobile mda aka HTC Wizard and with tomtom 6 software works very good newer lost a signal so far! I hesitated about this item because it was kind of new and I could not find any reviews but it comes out to be excellent product so I recommended it if you have bluetooth enabled phone!

Tom tom Navigator 6 Map accuracy...???.......2007-06-28
I purchased a Tomtom Navigator 6 with Navibe GPS receiver about 40 days ago. The feel of the navigator software is very nice. The Navibe GPS receiver is very nice too... However, the map accuracy is not as it is stated in the publicity. The maps may be good for the major cities of the US, but if you are to come to Canada with this Tomtom Navigator 6, you will find that they are decades behind with respect to their competitor (NAVTEQ, GARMIN) Also, be aware that the palm TX, Lifedrive, etc are not considered compatible by Tomtom and therefore free map updates are not available... I recommend to NOT purchase this item.

Typically, when backcountry camping, you turn your GPS device on and off, on and off: We have to save the battery!
No more, this bluetooth enabled device works for 30 hours on a single charge and up to 100 hours with trickle charging from the Sun.
It weighs about 4 oz making it a trade for bringing a bit fewer nuts ;-).
You can set it to Record or Track. Record, tracks, but also stores up to 50,000 ways points at the time interval that you set, then you can connect the device to your computer (PC only) and see where the device was using google earth. Track uses bluetooth to send your current location to a bluetooth enable PDA or Phone. This requires mapping software, and a way to keep your PDA charged too! Try the Solio Charger for a lightweight alternative.
It does work well with my Palm TX, even though a search on the internet says that it is not compatible with Palm devices. I am going to do some more testing and will post the results here.

Very sturdy and strong housing. Impedence matching so you don't blow out your amp. Comes with a lot of stickers to label each zone. No complaints with this product. Certainly good bang for the buck.
