Yeah, I like these headphones. You probably can't listen to all the secret weird stuff in pet sounds with it, but other than that it's really great and it fits on your head comfortably. It probably won't break for a while and they look kind of good. I mean, I've only had them for a few months, and I'm not a really stylish dude, so I can't say for sure.
I mean, they're not the best headphones in the world, they won't make you cry, but if you're buying headphones for 35 bucks on the internet, you will probably not do any better. And they're loud enough you could probably hurt your ears with them, which is always a plus.

BE CAREFUL.......2007-10-16
Be VERY careful when purchasing anything from Visioneer. I own a visioneer One Touch 9220, and just learned they have NO intention of providing a driver for VISTA. Not only that, I had to PAY to learn that. Their corporate greed exceeds belief. If you think you might, someday in the future, be upgrading your computer, I would have to suggest buying some other scanner

I had the 9020 version so I decided to get the upgrade. All the features are nice, but I'm getting lines whenever I set the scan at anything higher than 100 dpi. The scan bar stops and starts instead of having a continuous scan. I'm trying to find if it has patch or someway to repair it, as I think I've read it does. I'll give an update if I do.
EDIT 12/17/07: I've since discovered that the main reasons I was having problems with this scanner is that the computer had trouble accessing the scanner information due to a slow processor speed. If you have a computer without adequate processing speed, the scanner bar will actually stop until this information has been sent. This actually takes only a split second, but it's long enough to form lines on your image. If you have the misfortune of using a computer that is inadequate, the scanner will refuse to work and give false error messgaes.
CONCLUSION: This is a great scanner as long as you let it work on the level it was intended. If you do buy this product, make sure your computer is reasonable new (within 2 years old or updated).
Keeps breaking.......2007-09-18
I purchsaed this scanner on line and it worked for 6 months. then I got vertical ines on my pictures. After loading and unloading the drivers and software 10 times and receiving a replacement unit from Visioneer, it still has lines. I even tried it on another computer with no luck. Its software problem is either so imbetted that it can't be removed or another unit is just bad. I have always had good luck with visioneer in the past, but I have given up on this one.

I have used many scanners before. This one is slow and it is not user friendly. I bought it to scan in slides and negatives. It will scan them but it does only 3 at a time and then you have to break that down into scanning them one at a time. The software is confusing and the help files are not much better.
One Touch 9420 Scanner Review.......2007-03-09
I really like the Visioneer one touch 9420 scanner b/c I also used the older model Visioneer 8100. Because I hate to read directions, I play around until I have it down and from then on it works great. I guess other people might deem this as not so good and that might be b/c they haven't figured out just how to use it correctly.
