I can't complain too much about the headset not being stereo (what's the deal with the "L" and "R" on the earcups and the two-wire leads?) when you realize I only spent $15 on it. It was a bit deceiving, I think. The headset is one of the more comfortable ones around, besides being wireless. I connect it to my stereo which is connected to my satellite dish so I watch TV with them, not annoying my neighbors. I've even purchased extra sets to give as gifts to friends.

Seriously, I really wanted to like this product, but there were some problems, besides the fact that it doesn't work:
- The 9 volt battery connection doesn't fit one of the prongs. You have to push REALLY hard just to get the battery on, because it's just a cheap, missized connector.
- The battery door on the headphones for the 2 AAA batteries was cheap. There is a little slider that doesn't stay up, so the battery door can just fall off. You can take the slider and reverse it, at least on mine, and then it stays on too well. You have to get a miniture screw driver to pop it open.
- The wires from the audio source to the transmitter are flimsy. They sell better connection wires at the dollar store!
- The transmitter "off" button sometimes doesn't work, but sometimes it does.
- The set just plain doesn't work. Most people don't care to write reviews, let alone return such a product for only $20, but I care.
WHO WROTE THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS? Even if my set did work, which it didn't, it's still cheap. You get what you pay for. All there was (even on full blast) was a slight static sound, that depending on how I turned my head to the TV would grow stronger. There was no audio.
Luckily I did a site-to-store at an inexpensive store that's taking over the world. This way, I didn't have to pay shipping & I can get an in-store credit. This is the worst product I've ever boughten from that cheap-o store! I expect to find this at the dollar store.

I'm not complaining too badly, since I paid about $15 for it, but the description does say "binaural." I guess I should literally translate that to "two ears" because the headphones do fit on both ears, but there is only one channel of sound. Understand that before you buy.
That said, they do fit my ears well and the volume is adequate for me (and I have about 40% hearing loss).
On a side note, on the unit I bought, the off switch on the headphones doesn't work, so I'm returning them, but for a mono sound and a cheap wireless headphone, it's not too bad.

I am very satisfied with this product. It is a quality pair for the price. One con is that the wireless transmitter is rather big and cumbersome if you are traveling. A good set overall though.

This product was a joke; the box it came in was better than the actual product! Typically electronics from China are quality, but not these. They worked, yes, but only just. Walking around in the same room was okay until I would turn, then my ears would temporarily be filled with a loud static sound, and it would get worse if I went into a different room. The volumes on both the headphones and the ipod/stereo/computer/etc. had to be up almost all the way and the sound quality, let me just say I've heard better sounds coming from my sister's middle school choir! The music was good until someone started to sing, then it sounded like they were in a long, empty warehouse...and at the other end of it too!
All in all, if you are thinking about getting this headset, save yourself some money and don't!
