I use every feature of this product and would change very little.
It fits my hand, the buttons are well positioned, the email and chat indicators are great, the curve fits nicely.
I would like a more ergonomic shape, with recessed finger slots, more hand lean and possibly a tacky surface. Kind of like Microsoft mice. But with this mouse's functionality, it's the best current option.

This mouse has a long lasting battery life, which can be supplemented by remembering to turn it off overnight. The shape and feel are perfect and the extra interface buttons automatically work with no installation - just plug in the USB receiver. The customizability of the buttons if you do decide to use the CD is also very convenient. I'm in love with this moue because it offers me the freedom of a wireless laser mouse at a good price and with just the right amount of bells and whistles. It was a great purchase.

This mouse was recommended to my by an IT consultant in to fix a problem on my PC. He said he liked it because of its accuracy for work on graphics. All I know is that it is easy to set up, comfortable, responsive and intuitive. The audio controls/mute button is really handy. [...]

i've had this for 6 months now in the office. i use multiple monitors, this mouse is a godsend.
the programmable buttone are very easy to customize & use.
the ability to open windows cluttering up the desk, then retrieve them is amazing., ditto the ability to zoom,
THE ONE V IMP THING IS NOT TO USE THE SOFTWARE ON THE CD. I TRIED AND THE MACHINE HUNG; TOOK SOME TIME TO ERADICATE. DOWNLOAD TEH NEWEST SOFTWARE FROM THE LOGITECH WEBSITE.
frankly life has almost changed for me ;-)
However though email is working, it does break down occasionally, probably becuase one has used it so constantly. at that point u have to use windows process to shut down outlook.exe. then it will start again.
the blinking light part i think is just nonsense, i switched it off. DONT buy it for that.
BUY it to make your life easier!
Good mouse, but too big for my hand.......2007-11-19
I like this mouse, I really do. Its configurable buttons are great (I reassigned the e-mail and IM functions), it's very precise, scroll works fine -- in fact, everything works fine. However, the MX610 doesn't quite fit in my hand. Since I got it through an online store, I never tried it out before making the purchase, and this I regret. My hand never felt comfortable handling it, and it was as if my fingers couldn't find the natural little curves and crannies to rest. This mouse is another fine Logitech product, but to me it seems designed for people with larger hands: its ergonomy doesn't work for me, even though I know my hand size is average for a female. I have since acquired a VX Revolution for laptops and am very happy with it.

Just what I needed.......2007-12-02
I have a Toshiba Satellite A105-S2051 laptop that comes with 512MB of RAM. I needed a boost in performance so I decided to double the memory. Using Amazon's memory finder I located and bought this product. It works like a charm. I had to give it a couple tries before it would slip into the socket. I admit, I wasn't following the written directions to a tee but once I did I had no trouble. It works beautifully. I didn't have to do any config mods at all: it's plug and play. The price was great and the product works exactly as it should. Shipping was superfast - I got it 2 days after I placed the order). I really couldn't for anything more from the RAM or from Antonline.
