A buddy bought a new Olevia and told me about it. I'm a part time student at Jr College and work almost fulltime and on a tight budget. I shopped several brands and I wanted a big screen for football. I loved the Olevia and the price was in my budget. Wow! What a great picture. Fantastic detail.

Ipod Mini Otter Box Leaked.......2007-05-19

Fortunately, I tested my Otter Box before using it on my Ipod for swimming, which was why I purchased it in the first place. After following the instructions, I put some tissue paper in the Otter Box, closed it per the instructions, and then placed in a small pot of water. After an hour or so, I removed the Otter Box to check the contents, careful to dry the exterior thoroughly. The tissue inside was damp!

Unfortunately, I was out of the country when I discovered this problem and could not return the Otter Box during the time required to comply with Amazon's return policy.

My recommendation = try another product if you want to make sure you're iPod is safe for wet use like swimming.

If you are ready for a fantastic swimming/water experience this is the product for you! It is perfectly designed to fit the ipod mini. I tested it first with cotton balls to be sure it was really waterproof before I trusted it with my ipod. I am now able to swim while listening to my favorite music and/or my talking books. Truly an enjoyable experience! You cannot imagine how great it is until you try it. I did alot of research before purchasing this product, searched the internet, read reviews. The Otterbox is an excellent product, works extremely well, and is reasonably priced.

Too much for cards reader.......2007-12-25

I only needed this product to use it with Smart Media cards for my old camera, it worked just fine and win XP recognize it without any problem, but I think the price is too much for it.

Works without problems.......2007-12-09

Got one of these about a year ago, installed it with HP LJ 1100A and completely forgot it... The family has been printing for a year, no problems.
I'm using it with Linux CUPS servers, in IPP mode -- on a house network with a few dozen computers, Nagios reports 100% uptime. Deals well with printer power down mode, printer wakes up when a new print job is coming through.

Waste of time & money.......2007-01-13

Simply does not work.

Time out regularly with my HP1100 laser printer. May print half of a page 3 or 4 times before it finally prints the whole thing. Often have to print documents page by page.

Does not work at all with my canon i560 - just won't see that it is there.

It's true - it's junk.......2006-12-13

The installation software is useless. I can plug the unit straight into my PC or into a hub and the software still doesn't find the printer server. Call tech support wait a half a hour and finally get the thing up and running... (Tech support does seem VERY well versed in getting the thing up and running. I've called a lot, I know.) Within 2 days, the print server stopped working. It functioned intermittantly with a lot of fiddling for several months. Now it appears dead. Buy something else -- anyone have a recommendation?!?

Do not buy the HPS12U!.......2006-03-22

I am returning my unit as defective.

Setup is outdated, and outdated units (version 1) are still being sold as new. FlashROM (v1.35) updates will not solve static IP instabilities, and failure to identify printers, regardless of the printer manufacturer - (Epson, HP, Samsung, etc) all failed at one point or another. Manual and on-line help are not that much help and the support online is not properly populated.

Junk!.......2006-01-17

Avoid this product. The print server is incompatible with Canon printers ("except one" according to tech support). Hawking does not publish a list of compatible printers. You simply have to wrestle with things until you are frustrated enough to call tech support who will inform you that the printer is not compatible. The configuration software is buggy, documentation is poor, and product testing seems thin. As an indicator, there are misspellings in the utility software. One dialog was title "Warnning". Junk!
