Perfect so far!.......2007-12-03

I've now had this hard drive for several months. So far I have zero complaints. It's fast and was easy to install. I decided to go with a Western Digital since almost every Maxtor I've ever had eventually crashes. I would recommend this brand or a Seagate.

Huge Hard Drive, Not A Lot Of $$$.......2007-09-25

This SATA II 750GB Sata II drive is inexpensive and easy to install. Windows XP Pro recognized it instantly. One thing to note as many already know is that you should order a slightly larger hard drive then you need as you lose a good 50Gb+ after formatting it. This is also not a retail drive so it does not come with any cables or software. Luckily you don't really need any of that as your motherboard should have a SATA II cable and XP will do the formatting. I highly recommend.
