The quality of this TV is wonderful as well as the sale prices. The image quality is better than the top brands, in my opinion. I upgraded my cable to HD service which would be recommended for all HD TVs, the broadcasts are beautiful. I like the 26" size because I can see the action without straining from left to right to watch movies.

My whole family and I thought we were going crazy when we first started noticing the audio wasn't synced with the video. We originally thought it was the cable hook-up, and the cable service came out twice to replace the box. The sync was STILL off! So finally we came to the conclusion that it was our beautiful new TV. The picture is fantastic, but sadly the non-synced audio and video can drive one insane. After reading tons of negative reviews on various websites, we were relieved to know we were not alone.
We're exchanging it at the store later today for something different.

This is a very good TV with one problem. The Lip Sync is terrible. The picture is beautiful and it is very easy to deal with. But the Lip Sync keeps this from being a great TV. It is painful to watch as you can easily see that it is off. Three stars for the lip sync.

I looked at this model in the store, and it was the worst TV in the whole place. I couldn't believe it. The picture was grainy, pixelated, and there was a severe image lag problem. I'd describe it as watching a really bad DVD rip while trying to defrag your hard drive and run a virus scan. Sure it's an LCD HDTV, but wow...if it's a choice between this and a low-def tube, stick with the tube.

same problem with the lip sync....the picture is awesome and at first i thought it was the me or the components but it does it on my computer,my regular tv and my xbox while watching movies. like is said the picture is solid but i would have to turn the tv off to get the lip sync to work then 15 minutes later it was off again.

It automatically detects and reports loss of link on a connection using Link Pass Through. This feature allows the equipment at the remote end of a link failure to "see" this failure and respond with corrective actions, such as Spanning Tree fail-over links, proprietary trunking links, or failure reports through SNMP or RMON procedures built into the switch, router or hub. The Media Converter also automatically detects faults in a link using Far End Fault. This feature of the Fast Ethernet Fiber standard allows you to troubleshoot a fault, even if it is only in one direction; alerting the device on the same side as the failure.The converter will automatically re-establish link when connected to two 10/100 auto-negotiating switches if link is lost.
