I purchased this item in June of 2006. In August of 2007 -- 2 months after the warrantee ran out -- the sound went out. Do not recommend.

This is a wonderful TV. I had no problem setting it up and it fit beautifully into my TV cabinet. The picture is terrific and the controls are easy to understand. I would buy another one in a minute.
Service Shock.......2007-01-26
As I recall, our 26" AQUOS did have a gorgeous image for the first four months....August through November 2006. I haven't seen it in 6 weeks so it is hard to be enthusiastic. By December 13th, our AQUOS was in the shop --waiting for part after "reconditioned" part from Sharp. We spoke with Emily, Andre, Jordan, Patrick, Tammy, Cindy, Jamie, Serena, Angie, Ray,Lynelle, and Clarice's voice mail at the Sharp Service Center in Romeoville, IL.. We then sent two faxes. Two weeks ago, we were promised a replacement tv -- which we later learned will be a "reconditioned" set. We are about to pick that set up. We received no compensation and only the most glib apology.
I am not sure what other warantees say, but I urge you to read the Sharp warranty with great care. Their service staff were friendly, but would not give us the name of a manager to contact for a month.
Sharp LC-26D4U AQUOS 26" Flat Panel LCD HDTV.......2007-01-11
I purchased this flat-panel unit for my bedroom as I did not want an oversized tv here and this was the only small HD TV that accepted a cable card. Although there is a downside to cable cards, I was not interersted in two-way communication for a bedroom tv and it saved the $12.95 monthly fee for a cable box from Comcast. The picture quality is excellent and I have no complaints about this product.

I bought this case because it was one of the first to be compatable with the 5G iPod. What a mistake. Sure, it protected my iPod from scrapes and scratches, but when it came time to change the case, the rubber came off all over my iPod, leaving it smudgy and impossible (yes, impossible) to clean. I will never do business with Speck products again, and if you are looking for a quality case, there are many out there for your iPod. SEEK ELSEWHERE!!

This case from Speck has many pros and cons, however I think the cons outweigh the pros.
PROS:
-The bottom folds up for docking, updating, and charging
-The screen protector does a very good job
-Hold switch, headphone jack, and click wheel are not covered, and therefore easy to use
-The surface is grippy, so it doesn't slide around
CONS:
-Because of the grippy surface, it is very hard to put in your pocket
-Though preventing scratches, it dulls the finish of the iPod
-At the place where the bottom folds up, it leaves a line on the iPod surface that is very, very hard to get off
-If the screen protector moves, it could easily damage the screen. The grippy strips that keep it in place will leave marks on the screen.
-The case pulls away from the screen protector at the top, which I found very annoying. There was no way to prevent this.
-If you remove it, it is easy to accidentally leave marks on the screen and the rest of the iPod

This just doesn't fit well. It's a nice idea but the screen protector is designed such that the case pulls away from the screen. It probably would still protect the ipod ok, but looks bad! I eventually replaced it with a DIO Leather flip case (WAY Nicer!)...
30 / 60 GB iPod Video 5G SkinTight .......2006-01-08
I had a 4G or 4th Generation iPod with Speck Skin and liked the Skin a lot. However this new 5G SkinTight for iPod Video does not fit as well as the previous skin for the 4G iPod. This skin is a lot thicker and not so easy to open on the bottom when you are trying to hook up the iPod to your computer. Plus if you choose not to use the included screen protector then the skin does not fit around the iPod screen tightly. I was pretty displeased with this new skin for the iPod Video. I was expecting the same skin or very similar to the 4G skin I had but this new skin is just not that great. I tried a leather case and didn't like that either. I have been trying to find some kind of case or skin that fits the iPod Video well but I haven't found anything yet. I'm waiting for an aluminum case and hoping it will fit my iPod Video well and protect it. This SkinTight by Speck didn't impress me very much and is loose and open around the screen if you don't use the included plastic screen protector along with the SkinTight. Some of the better cases I have seen with reviews are at Apple.com. They are also selling every kind of case you can imagine at eBay. If you find a case you like on Apple.com you might check back on Amazon.com to see if you can find it cheaper. Apple.com is quite expensive for it's cases and skins. By the way if you are confused an iPod case is anything leather or metal or plastic and an iPod skin is anything rubber but not leather if that makes any sense I hope.

the black one has, over a year or so of use, gotten a little loose, but it still works fine, and the other two work perfectly. the hard plastic screens are a bit scratched by now, but that just makes me glad the scratches are on the case and not the iPod. the only problem with this is the fact that you have to remove the bottom part of it everytime you want to connect it to the cord, but i cut small slits in the bottoms of the cases so thats not a problem- and even cutting the hole doesn't damage the product. overall, a snug fit for the 60 gb iPod (they have a different size for the 30 gb), and i believe they will fit the 80 gbs as well.

I bought this product from amazon, even after reading these reviews, because ipodlounge gave it very high marks. But I had the same problem, it doesn't fit quite right, and curls up away from the screen at the top, plus has a gap in the back that's not necessary. Luckily I also purchased the Contour Design Showcase hardshell case for my new ipod, and love that one. So at least one of my cases worked out!

Does Not Correctly Fit iPod!.......2006-01-17
I purchased this set of cases at the Apple store when I got my iPod 60gb w/ Video, because it was the only thing they had at the time. Unfortunately, I am going to have to return it. Talk about a terribly-designed product!
Each case comes with these clear hard-shell screen protectors, and the rubberized "skin" is supposed to fit around it and hold it in place. However, at the top of the screen, the "skin" doesn't hold tight to the iPod - it curls up and away from the screen. So you end up with this little opening...which is not only unsightly (especially on the well-designed iPod), but is also a perfect place for dust & grime to get stuck.
I tried all three cases, and tried putting them on, massaging them into place, even tried it without the screen protectors. I did this for over an hour, until I simply gave up. What amazes me is that this product is designed for one thing, and one thing only...and it can't even get that one thing right. I'd give this zero stars, if I could. Unless you want a defective product, I'd steer clear of these cases. I'm even more surprised at Apple for selling the things in their retail stores. For shame!
