It broke after only a few uses........2007-10-22

This product was a gift for the family, mostly to be used when traveling for my daughter. Beacuase of this, it wasn't used much (no more than 10 times) over the 7 months of owning it. The volume has broken. It is stuck on the highest possible level. After contacting the compnay, I was told that it is no longer under the warranty (90 days), but that I could send $85 to have it replaced (plus cost of shipping broken one back). This is just about the same cost of buying a brand new one. To me this is ridiculous. An expensive electronic device should not break after only a few uses. Too bad those uses weren't condensed into the first 90 days! I will not buy another GPX product.

poor-worthless phone batteries.......2007-09-19

In February 2007 I bought from AccessoryOne a cell phone battery which lasted less than six months, then in August I bought a replacement for that battery, not realizing until it was too late that I was purchasing from the same vendor again. When I received the second battery, it was dead on arrival. Despite hours and days of charging, it never could hold a charge for more than perhaps one minute. I've been waiting since the first of September to hear back on my request for a full refund on the last battery I purchased, as well as a request for a refund or replacement of the first purchase.
