Works with Cisco IP Phones!!!!.......2007-09-18

Great switch for the price. The interface for doing vLANs could use some work but I bought them mainly for the POE compatability with Cisco 7940 and 7960 IP Phones. While the cheaper Netgear switches with POE do NOT support these phones, this one does!!!! Beats paying $3000 for a Cisco. If you want to do hard core vLANing though I would stick with Cisco.

I ordered a charger for my LG VX6100. This seller advertised the charger as compatible with my phone. When the charger arrived, it came with an invoice that said it was only compatible with about half of the phones it was supposed to work with. It did not work with the VX6100, as clearly stated on the enclosed invoice, but contrary to the advertisement on the web site. The item only costs $4.50, so it does not pay to return it. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

This charger appears to be identical to the one that came with the phone new. I had to replace it because my puppy damaged it, not because it broke. It's called a travel charger, but it's the only one I use. I don't ask much of a charger--just do what it was designed for, without fuss. This one works just fine, the plug is lightweight enough not to fall out of the outlet, and it didn't cost much. What more would I want?
